This policy explains how Nicolas Dommanget-Muller ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website and the mobile apps we publish on the App Store and Google Play. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law. An app may have additional, app-specific terms, which will be listed on its page.

Data we collect

• This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes.
• Support requests: when you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use only to answer you.
• In our apps: we only collect the data needed for the app to work. Depending on the app, this may include content you create, account information (if the app offers accounts), anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics to improve stability. The exact data types are declared in each app's privacy label on the App Store and data safety section on Google Play.
• Purchases: payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details.

How we use data

• to provide and maintain the app's features;
• to diagnose crashes and improve reliability;
• to answer support requests;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps and websites.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of the performance of a contract (providing the app you chose to use), our legitimate interest (security, crash diagnostics, support), your consent where required, and our legal obligations.

Service providers

We may rely on trusted providers (for example hosting, crash reporting or cloud storage) that process data on our behalf under contracts compliant with the GDPR. When data is transferred outside the European Union, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Account data is deleted when you delete your account; support emails are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@nicolas-dmg.fr. We will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 unless explicitly stated on their App Store page, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the relevant apps.
